Coppertrees is a newly opened establishment, created to offer great food in a vibrant atmosphere with fantastic service. We use the finest and freshest ingredients sourced where possible from artisan producers to offer our diners a fusion of flavours to suit every palate. Whether you are joining us for the complete dining experience or to enjoy some well crafted cocktails, a warm welcome is awaiting you.
Coppertrees is on the west side of town on the main road to Eaglesham and is the perfect location for dining and socialising. Situated only a short distance from Hairmyres train station which sits on the Glasgow South Western Line passing Thorntonhall, Busby and Clarkston directly after Hairmyres.

With wooden flooring, the copper elements throughout and bursts of vibrant colour, our cosy setting is perfect for an intimate candle lit dinner for two.
